Hometings is a curated homewares collection, with individual products sourced from all over the world (from Buenos Aires and Brussels to my small town in Florida). You can browse and buy here. Every other week, I'll send you three favorite tings: a Hometings product, an outdoor space & an indoor space.
This week, I’m beyond excited to feature a very special guest—my dear friend and kindred hotel enthusiast, Jessica Rosen, Senior Manager at The Leading Hotels of the World. Our friendship was sealed seven years ago over a shared passion for exceptional stays, back when we both worked and focused on travel to Asia. Now, Jessica has firmly planted herself in the world of luxury travel at LHW, constantly on the move from her NYC home base, she recently lived her best life in Buenos Aires—immersing herself like a true local. With her impeccable taste and a great eye for fantastic spaces, I am excited to share her favorite finds!
An indoor space:San Telmo Market
For the past three weeks, I’ve been fully embracing my South American summer era in Buenos Aires—soaking up the sun, the vibes, and every delicious bite in between. And while it’s hard to justify being indoors when the weather is this perfect, San Telmo Market is 100% worth it. The buzzing food halls, the sunbeams sneaking through, the mouthwatering aromas, the beautiful chaos—it’s the ultimate Buenos Aires experience, and I’m obsessed.
Highlights? Grapefruit wine (yes, it’s a thing and yes, it’s amazing), raclette so good it might make the Swiss jealous, and some of the best empanadas of my life. If you’re heading to Buenos Aires and skipping San Telmo—trust me, you’re doing it wrong!

An outdoor space: The streets of Buenos Aires
Well, well, well… this one was tough. Do I choose the lively streets of Buenos Aires, where tango dancers twirl and puppeteers bring magic to the sidewalks? Or the serene beauty of the Jardín Japonés, with its striking torii gates tucked into the heart of the city?
But if I’m being honest, what I love most about Buenos Aires isn’t just one place—it’s the city itself. It’s the energy of the streets, the endless greenery, and the way life just happens all around you. Dog walkers juggling fifteen pups, families heading to the park, fruit vendors (sometimes shirtless, always selling the ripest avocados)—every block is a scene, every turn a new discovery.
My absolute favorite moments? Just walking, soaking it all in, under that perfect Buenos Aires sky

Hometings: Crystal Water Goblet Column by Orrefors
I mean, it’s hard to beat a goblet. A goblet? You mean the thing that Kings and Queens would drink out of? A goblet? An item of royalty. There’s nothing more decadent than drinking a dainty and light wine or a beautiful glass of sparkling water, than drinking it out of a thick crystal goblet! The only thing missing is sea views and a massive San Pelegrino to go in.
This was also my pick from last newsletter- they are just so outstanding.
